Therefore we ended up paying double for our one night stay. Ridiculous!!! We tried to cancel our 2nd night and you refused a refund???"

A flyer in the room states that cleaning/towel replacement takes place at least every three days—reality: the first room cleaning didn’t happen until a week into the stay after three requests to the front desk, and the second cleaning again only after a request to the front desk. Unwilling staff referred me to the “manager,” who, however, was not present in the morning or afternoon. "
