"Check in staff had issues checking us in and also double charged us for the room which they eventually corrected. Not a bad stay. Room was clean and comfortable."

"Place was extremely clean and even cuter in person. It is a shared wall so you can hear the tenants if occupied but only in the bedroom. You can conveniently walk to downtown. Highly recommended!"
"The house was clean, inviting, and even more beautiful in person. We stayed Saturday through Tuesday and found the location quiet and convenient. Landscaping crews came briefly Monday morning at 6:30 a.m., but otherwise the area was peaceful. Many local businesses are closed or have limited hours on Sunday and Monday, so dinner options were a bit limited. We traveled with our small dog, and the area was great for walks. It felt very pet‑friendly and easy to manage. The kitchenette was cute and cozy, with a Keurig, coffee pods, creamer, bottled water, plates, plasticware, and Styrofoam cups. The fridge is small but has an attached freezer. I didn’t find paper towels, even though they were listed as an amenity. Both bedrooms were nicely decorated and larger than expected. The bed was decent and had plenty of pillows. The bathroom is small but well laid out. The only downside was the shower with lukewarm water (even when turned all the way to hot), low water pressure, and an overhead shower head.WiFi worked well, and the linens, towels, hair dryer, and ironing supplies were all provided. There were several sample toiletries, though I didn’t care for the scent. The listing mentions being across from HGTV’s Bird Dog Café, but it has been closed for almost two years. Still, it was fun being near a home Erin and Ben remodeled.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable and welcomed. The home was thoughtfully prepared, and we would happily stay again."
"Our room is at 2nd floor. The room smell needs improvement; there's a urine smell, but it's unclear if it's coming from the sewer. Air freshener spray helped reduce the odor, but ineffective"
"The property was in good repair and a convenient location. The breakfast was very good and run by a friendly and very efficient woman.
My problem was with the employee, named Morgan that checked me in. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or not but she was very rude. I approached the desk, this was around 8 pm. I stated I was checking in, she grabbed a plastic frame on the desk and tossed it down the counter. I was never greeted with a hello or any greeting. I was asked my name and car info. She then told me my room number and stated where the elevator was. I asked if that was the only entrance and she repeated where the elevator was in a very condescending tone.
I walked away rather stunned at the hostility and attitude she had shown.
I have never stayed at a Whyndam property that was unwelcoming until this stay. The other staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming.
I wish I could recommend this property but if that is how travelers are treated, I would recommend looking elsewhere."
"The lady who checked us in was the only positive experience at this hotel! The manger was awful and mean. The breakfast was virtually non existent. 6 old boiled eggs. 8 slices of stale wheat bread but no butter. Cream cheese but no bagels. Syrup but no pancake batter for their machine.
The “newly renovated room” smelled like a musty house that had been abandoned for a decade. The microwave was a rusty tetanus habitat. The hot and cold were swapped in the shower. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The pool was green chocked with algae. Their website said pet friendly with a $25 fee. The manager said the policy had been changed but the website wouldn’t be updated for a while so we could stay but only if we paid an additional $50 per night and moved to an old room upstairs. With no elevator.
Horrific service. Awful facility. Mean-asshat manager. Go anywhere else."
"For whatever reason there was someone stomping around in a room above ours, intermittently, ALL NIGHT for one of the nights during our three-night stay. It was annoying. Some of the upholstered furniture in the room had stains and the bathroom door could not be opened all the way, bc it interfered with the toilet. We didn't complain because we didn't pay a lot for the room and it was pretty clean. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part."

"What a super cute neat and tidy place! Small but big enough to have everything I needed. So convenient to have a washer/dryer.Host was kind and informative. Close to downtown. Parking is a bit wonky - but off the street, private and safe. I would definitely stay again!"
"The stay was good . We stayed in the executive suite the layout was nice. When it can to the tub the water ran so slow it took like a hour to get it filled, The pool was super cold,The Wi-Fi didn’t work to the tv,and we couldn’t watch the game. But the room was nice and the staff was pretty good."
