"Super cute and relaxing place to stay for visiting wineries in the area. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed resting in the hammock and adirondack chairs, while breathing the fresh sea air."
"The August House is a gem ! The decor is fabulous and the rooms are well-appointed. The breakfast is lovely, easy parking. Lots of little special touches at this place; too many to list. This is my second stay and I will definitely come back again. "

"Kids had a fun at water slide. There was hot tub as well. Chemical smell was too strong in hot tub. Pool towels was fill in quickly. Tim holtom just pass the parking lot. Room was small barely walk through when sofabed turned into bed. There was big fridge and two cooking burner, microwave. "
"Dining room staff was wonderful. Food was absolutely scrumptious! My compliments to the chef. I wouldn't have expected this somewhat dated property right off the highway to have excellent Moroccan Lamb Shank, Rib Eye Steak, Salmon Tartare, and fresh Oysters.
Also enjoyed a very good Therapeutic Massage in the Spa.
AND not to be overlooked is the sun deck. Lovely view, comfy furniture, and restaurant service if desired. "
