「Our host also rented the VRBO next to us (she owns it as well) and then allowed a party. We had to leave at 11pm to drive 3 hours home because of feeling unsafe and due to the noise level. We messaged the host thru the VRBO app as soon as we decided to leave, and while she expressed that she did not think it would get that out of hand, she refused to refund our money. She stated we should have informed the police. We did not feel comfortable doing that.」
