  • Mid-Modern stylish condo with views of Grand River! Minutes from shopping, restaurants, and downtown Lansing. Take a walk or bike along the River trail, or head to beautiful Frances Park and enjoy the peaceful views of the rose garden. Just a stones throw away from MSU & Lansing Row Clubs and the public boat launch. Only a 10-minute drive to Michigan State University! Extra amenities provided so you have everything you need for a comfy stay while visiting us here in the capital city of Michigan.






    PLEASE NOTE: This property does not have direct river access, however there is a nice public boat launch just 3 minutes down the street. Grand River offers great kayaking and boating experiences with plenty of scenic views of nature and wildlife.

This house was really clean and well stocked and nicely decorated. It was a relaxing place to stay and had everything we needed to spend a nice weekend. The hosts gave great instructions for check in and I appreciated that they checked with me to make sure we were comfortable and everything was as expected. I would absolutely choose to stay again because the location was easy to find and the house was lovely.

The host had been absolutely amazing!!! Very prompt at answering questions and make sure you feel welcome and have everything you need. The house is very clean and very nicly decorated and has the amenities you need! I would absolutely stay here again without question!!

We absolutely loved our stay! Eric was incredibly kind and accommodating. The house was immaculate, the bed was super comfy, and the water pressure in the shower was incredible. I’d stay again just for the shower Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

The overall experience was excellent. Everything was spotless. Enjoyed walking along the waterfront, which was right outside the house. Beds were comfortable.

We really enjoyed how accessible the kitchen was. We cooked A LOT and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The K cup drawer was our favorite :). The host was easily accessible if needed but we had no issues. The house was beautiful and filled our trip with so many beautiful memories:)

Cute as a button

Great location to MSU, which is where we needed to go the place is super cute extra nice touches even coffee, which I was totally ill, prepared myself and so thrilled they thought of that to save me in the morning. Comfortable beds and just a great place easy communication with the owners.
