Head up the drive and through the wooden gates to The Piggery. Outside you have a private gravelled courtyard with bistro seating, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day out exploring, there is also a free to use electric vehicle charging point. Inside, you have an open plan living/kitchen/bedroom, the vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of space and the Velux windows are great for star gazing at the dark skies above. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, Sage mini oven, microwave, air fryer and induction hobs, while the living area has a comfortable sofa, DAB radio and a selection of apps on the Smart TV including Netflix, Amazon prime, Sky news and others. The bedroom area has a comfy double bed with high quality bedding and views over a private garden, and there is a shower room off the hallway. Within a 5-minute drive you have Peasedown St John, where you will find pubs, restaurants and local stores to stock up on essentials, or head into the city centre at Bath where you will find stunning architecture, independent shops as well as larger chain stores, and quirky cafés along the river, or treat yourself to a day bathing in the waters of Thermae Bath Spa! The nearby ancient Medieval towns of Wells and Glastonbury are packed full of eclectic charm, and Glastonbury Tor is well worth the walk up to marvel in the stunning Somerset views. The Piggery is also ideally located near to local wedding venues such as Priston Mill or Wick Farm.
