If the noisy, smelly and crowded Bocas Town is not for you (as well), then definitely check out the Al Natural Residence and/or resort. "The house has a fantastic view. What was not mentioned is that it is literally 97 steps to get to it. When it rains some of the path way is very muddy. One of the wooden steps is not attached. There are chickens and roosters all around which is entertaining except when the roosters start crowing at 2am. "Fedy, who managed the property was lovely, however the house was rather dirty, dirty fridge, creature droppings, dusty, dirty bathroom, etc. The shower has no hot water. Not many kitchen supplies (only 2 forks, for example)The pump ran on for an unknown reason making a loud screechy noise. It was therefore shut off at 10pm and we were given a bucket of water so we could flush the toilet. "This property is amazing, we had Monkeys and Sloths right in our front and back yard. Getting around was quick and easy with just a call or text for a ride, the house is well equiped and the pool is refreshing. The beaches near by are beautiful."

"It was a wonderful experience. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ashley was very prompt in replying to my inquiries and made all the arrangements to pick us up from the airport and transfer us to her property. "Absolutely stunning property. Serene and a great place to disconnect. Staff and owner were friendly and supportive. La Loma did a nice job accommodating dietary issues. I'd highly recommend a stay. Tips for visitors: Visitors should consider building in a contingency day in case an activity gets rained out. One of our party had mobility issues. The family treetop I think would be a good choice. The stairs aren't as steep between the meal place and lodging. Hiking poles also helped with getting up and down the stairs to the dock. I did the bat tour and bioluminescence tour through them, both super fun. I wore a rash guard top and swim pants for the bat tour and thought that was a good choice. Suggestions for property: Every meal is well done for the food that it is, but it would be a great to have a built in either/or choice for the meal so you don't feel like a burden if you'd prefer a different type of food. The morning muffins are delicious. Consider giving each guest two :)."

"Beautiful Resort and area, had a golf cart the entire time of our stay which was helpful. Staff made getting a water taxi extremely easy. Saw monkeys & sloths right at Reception. Liked it so much we actually booked another night."

"This was a beautiful property! Such a special experience staying in an over the water bungalow! Food and drink they offered was delicious! There is a refrigerator in the room, I wish we would have bought some snacks and beverages before leaving Bocas Town to keep in our room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. "

Beautiful and relaxing stay :)

"The location was just far enough away from the busy Bocas Town it made it feel like we were on our own private island. Attractive rooms with the best view and an overall inviting aura. The thing that made this an 11/10 is the food and food service. Every meal was amazing and served with a friendly smile. The lounge chairs on the deck made it hard to leave this serine location."
