"Unterkunft war überbucht und der Vermieter hat sich auch nicht entschuldigt. Mussten dann abends noch eine Ersatzunterkunft suchen. Haben wir aber nicht bei Expedia gebucht. Die Abwicklung der Stornierung hat auch sehr lange gedauert."

"Great studio right in the centre of the old town! Walking distance to the lake, a selection of great restaurants and really well equipped. Perfect base for a solo traveller! Although worth noting given it’s an old building (expected given it’s the old town) that the walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbours and the final staircase up to the studio is pretty narrow/steep so be careful if you have large luggage you may struggle getting up to it. "

"We loved this apartment. It was on the most beautiful street, so close to everything. No wifi—which made it difficult for us to communicate properly with the property manager, but that was our issue, not hers. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be back. We loved Annecy!"
