「・屋外プール、ピアノ、ブリヤード、卓球、等の遊びが揃った快適なリゾート・ホテルです。街道沿いですが、周りに何もない所にポツンと立っているので、景色、見晴らしが良く、また、星も綺麗です。・部屋に冷蔵庫が無いのが玉に瑕でしたが、サービスが良く、持ち込みワインを食堂の冷蔵庫で冷やし、ディナーの時に頂きました（持ち込み料ナシ）。・自家製ワイン・リーブオイルは秀逸で、コストパフォーマンスも良く、お土産に数本買いました。なお、自家製野菜も充実していますが、本格的なアグリ・ツーリズモとは少々異なるようで農園見学などはできませんでした。・クッキング・スクールは、一人１２０ユーロと、ちょっとお高めです。」

「素晴らしい景色・清潔な客室・美味しい料理で素晴らしい宿泊体験でした。次回訪れる機会があればまた宿泊したいと思います。残念な点を挙げるとすれば、料理の提供が遅い点です。限られたスタッフでの対応の為仕方ない部分も有ると思いますが、他のゲストにデザートが提供されているタイミングでステーキが提供された事は驚きでした。」

「L'appartamento è bellissimo, così come tutta la struttura, pulito, spazioso, posizione proprio di fronte all'Abbazia di S. Galgano, c'è un grande giardino con piscina stupenda, un Bar e buon Ristorante di fianco alla struttura, l'unico consiglio che darei è di tenere in cucina il necessario per una colazione per chi non desiderasse andare al Bar.」
