Absolutely amazing staff who made us feel very welcomed. The most delicious food and drinks. The overall atmosphere of the countryside was breathtaking and so peaceful.」

「Entrance outside the accommodation, bin over flowing with rubbish, loads of butt end cigarettes on the floor. This was from Thursday to my leaving on Saturday. Shower in room 9 full of mold, showered else where. The breakfast staff are fantastic and also the quality of the food, my only suggestion is, give a good quality egg. This was the only let down on your fantastic breakfast.」
「The room was very nicely furnished out. The one down side was the view of room!! The breakfast was very good. The amenities weren’t used but will return to do so in the near future. The staff in all areas of the hotel were amenable to requests. Thank you 」
「Perfect Hotel right off the highway. We were driving from Stroud to Edinbrugh and wanted a place to stay north of Liverpool. The room was very big, super comfy bed and excellent location. 」
「We needed to be able to check in an hour earlier than stated as we had to get changed and travel to a wedding.
The staff were very helpful and allowed us . Result , we didn't have to get changed in the toilets at the venue and made it on time suited and booted 😂 」

「A return visit to this hotel, this time in a bigger room. Impressed with it the 1st time, hence the return visit and will no doubt be returning again in the future. Easy access to the building and room with codes supplied via email. The room was lovely and clean and the windows were open when we got there, which was a great help as it was a warm day, I would like to see a better cooling fan provided in the room though. All-in-all another great night in Preston at Winckley Square, thank you.」
