Independent studio with terrace and magnificent view on the mountains

Our independent studio of around 23 m2, located on the ground floor of our new family home, equipped with a modern kitchen and a 180 cm double bed, awaits you to recharge your batteries in the bucolic Gruyère region.
With its splendid views and large sunny south-facing terrace, this studio is ideal for visiting Switzerland and the famous medieval village of Gruyères, hiking or skiing, or enjoying the Bains de la Gruyère and the nearby Cailler chocolate factory.
After your visits or hikes, you can admire the view over the valley and mountains, lulled by the chirping of the crickets.
5 min from Gruyères and its castle, 10 min from Moléson, 10 min from Bulle, 15 min from Charmey and its baths, in the heart of the unspoilt Intyamon valley and very close to Grandvillard, one of Switzerland's most beautiful villages.
For those wishing to visit Switzerland, we are less than an hour from the beautiful cities of Berne and Lausanne, and around 30 min from Montreux and Vevey and their promenades along Lake Geneva.
For your comfort, we provide a high-speed WiFi connection, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge and toaster, and a modern shower room.
Our well-insulated house is solar-powered.
You can shop in nearby grocery stores, buy farm produce and enjoy the village bakery and café.
Non-smoking studio please.
In 2024 there is currently construction on the neighboring property. There may be noise between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays. No work on weekends or after 5 p.m. or in August.

This apartment was exactly as pictured. Marianne stayed in contact as needed and her husband met us when we arrived. The location was perfect for visits to Charmey (for the Desalpe), Bulle, Gruyère, and Montreux! It was so quiet and comfortable for sleeping. Fantastic stay especially with a car!
