「Great staff and facility. Amazing experience.」

「Our family had an unforgettable experience. From being received warmly by staff upon arrival, to the wonderful views, the farm to table breakfast experience (with freshly baked bread so good), to our cozy room to our relaxing use of the sauna and steam room. All of it was so fabulous. The staff recommended us for dinner at a neighbouring property and we enjoyed our meal so much. The only issue is we didn't stay long enough. We could have stayed a couple more days.」

「Very disappointing and unacceptable experience My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one available to receive or assist us, and there was no clear signage or hotel name to help us identify the property. The room also had no proper lighting, and basic essentials such as toilet paper were not provided. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. Their behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Most shockingly,...

「Good a room upgrade which was nice - slightly bigger room with better views. Clean, helpful staff, decent breakfast.」

「You can’t beat the location, we were on foot and the public transport options were still great to get in and around the valley. Staff were all lovely and very helpful (the owner very kindly offered to take us to the local station on our last day).」
