Old smokehouse from 1873, newly renovated: hot tub & sauna in the garden, space for up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms + sleeper sofa. 2 kitchens, fireplace, sunroom. Just a 5-minute drive (13 by bike) to the Baltic Sea. Ideal for family reunions and groups of friends who finally want to spend time together again.

We’ve lovingly renovated the old cottage and equipped it with modern bathrooms and amenities. Here, old beams and floors meet modern design elements.
The lower level features a dining room, an open kitchen, a living room, the sunroom, two truly great shower rooms, and three bedrooms with double beds.
The upper level is accessible via an outdoor staircase. Here you’ll find another living room with a fireplace and a sleeper sofa for two, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and another small kitchenette. It’s the perfect spot to get away from the rest of the group for a while.
In the garden, you’ll find the spa area (sauna, hot tub, sun deck), a fire pit, a garden table, and a beach chair.

The entire property is at your disposal. The house is surrounded by a garden and features a spa area with a sauna, sun deck, and hot tub. Check-in is available 24/7 via a key safe.

The house is located at the end of a historic avenue lined with linden trees, featuring many other beautiful houses and historic farmsteads. By bike or car, you can quickly reach the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches of Stein, Heidkate, and Kalifornien.
