Nothing like the pictures. In the middle of nowhere! Be sure to have a car when booking this property.. a MUST. The “pool” and outside lounge area is not as appealing in person. The shower water did not get hot. The AC did not work.

The problem we faced was incredibly loud music coming from restaurant below between 10:00 pm and 11:30 pm, even though the restaurant officially closed at 10pm. Sally was friendly, communicative, and informative about local fare. The house is beautiful, very warm and colorful, with interesting art and comfortable amenities. The patio, pool, and yard were gorgeous and inviting. We could not have loved Hacienda Azucar more and hope to return!
