「El hotel esta localizado en un lugar muy bonito y la vista es increible, tiene detalles con la limpieza y el desayuno incluido es poco variado y sirven muy poco pero de ahi en fuera el personal es demasiado atento y te hacen sentir muy VIP, la zona de bar y alberca son geniales y pasas un rato muy divertido con los demas huespedes aunque no los conozcas. ¿Si volveria? Claro que si 」

We were assigned our own trip ambassador whom we saw in person multiple times but also was very responsive through a WhatsApp group she set up. 「The hotel has the potential to be a best in class place. The infrastructure is there but staff should be better trained. There was no water from 3-5 PM in our rooms for 2 days and the person checking us in AT 3:00 should have informed us of that. Instead there is a little note on the table easily missed and we didn’t see until we tried to use the restroom in the room. 「Where do I start? This is an unbiased review from a frequent traveler to the Dominican Republic. I choose where I want to stay without the assistance of a travel agency. First off, this property sits at the top of a hill all by itself and boasts amazing, near 360 degree views of Samana town center and the surrounding port and bay/ocean. 「Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. The room was beautiful, very clean and the decor was so natural and lovely to see. The grounds were immaculate, the pools with all the natural rock was stunning and the pool table was a great added touch. The staff were so friendly, polite and knowledgeable that we never felt that we were just guests to them. Highly recommend if you are looking for a romantic get away or just want to get away to relax and recharge. 」
