「Wir hatten einen längeren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Aus unserer Sicht entspricht es jedoch keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Der Zustand der Anlage ist teilweise mangelhaft: Stark verschmutzte Scheiben in den Aufgängen sowie lose Dielen auf der Pool- und Frühstücksterrasse stellen sogar eine Stolpergefahr dar. Der obere Pool war ruhig, aber unbeheizt. Der untere Pool war dauerhaft überfüllt und wirkte dadurch wenig sauber. Die Zimmerreinigung war gründlich, erfolgte jedoch sehr unregelmäßig....

「We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place for our honeymoon. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. We especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with a separate room for the shower and sink and another separate room for the toilet. 「Important to note this is a conference hotel so floors 2-5 are ONLY twin beds. 1&6 are the only floors with double beds but on the 6th you miss out on the view due to the cement balcony instead of glass. They are supposed to valet but it wasn’t offered to us, bags were never brought to our room so we had to take them ourselves. Hard to say this is a 5 star hotel because the service did NOT reach the caliber for that rating. They did bring us a cheese board after we complained which was nice....
