"Amazing property, amazing house! It was just my wife and I, but it felt like a home away from home. Very comfortable, had everything we needed. We definitely will be back again! Relaxed by the river, laid in the yard and watched meteor showers listening to the river. You can’t beat this place! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. "

"Beautiful property right on the river. The owner and family live on the property but lots of space that we barely saw another person. A definite plus that we could bring our dogs. Trails all around the property. The house was absolutely beautiful. Recently remodeled. Lots of wildlife on the property. Accessible river fishing on site. It was a nice quiet reset. Lots of great stargazing too."

"This place is very nice, it has a lot of potential. It comes with full kitchen and laundry. It is in a beautiful setting and the host is so nice. It is not hard to get to the house even though gravel roads, but it is hard to figure out where to park and unlock the door, the instructions could use some additional detail (specify that it is ok to block the garage doors). The place is much larger than some others that we stayed, yet no real bed. There is plenty of room to move the dining table towards the kitchen and the bed towards the parking area, using the couch to create a bit of room separation and put a queen bed nearest the parking area. I am not trying to be critical there is a beautiful water feature, and the space is large, and comfortable, super clean. We would surely stay there again if ever in that area."

"We had a lovely week long stay. A peaceful and gorgeous setting. Every amenity possible is provided in the home, including everything one needs for preparing delicious meals. The beds and sitting areas were very comfortable and there are river views from every room. To be on the river, to experience the woods, the river, the wildlife and jumping fish made for a very good week.We were there in mid September and the fresh fruit and vegetables locally available were amazing. The pizza place in Shady Cove, owned by a generous and hospitable woman, is our favorite pizza anywhere! Seriously delicious homemade pizza with a fantastic crust. We enjoyed a half day of floating down the Rogue."
