This quintessential coastal charmer comes fully prepared for your next family or friend retreat. Full of history, this property used to be home to the Santuit Schoolhouse. Now, it's a lovely five-bedroom home with beautiful wood floors, high ceilings, a serene screened-in porch, and a wisteria-lined patio.

When you aren't relaxing in the home's large yard, check out Barnstable Village, the Mass Audubon Long Pasture Wildlife Sanctuary, Cape Codder Water Park, and Cape Cod Country Club.

Walking up to your stay, you will instantly take notice of the mature gardens lining the exterior of the home. The yard surrounding the home provides a lovely space to play Cornhole and Croquet. The kids will adore the provided kiddie pool, and the adults will appreciate the gas grill and the outdoor seating.

Inside, comfort meets convenience in the sunny living room. Gather on the soft sofas here while tuning into your favorite shows and movies. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and many nifty kitchen gadgets.

The bedrooms are simply decorated and adorned with plush linens - paired with partial air-conditioning, everyone is sure to be content. Additional interior perks include a work desk, child bed, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
