「During our stay a customer left clothes in the washing machine for over 24hrs. We expressed our concern to the front desk as our team needed to wash uniforms. One of the parents had to drive to a local laundry mat to wash and dry. Highly disappointed with conflict resolution especially when they knew who the clothes belonged too.」

「Yvonne at the front desk was wonderful. She helped me out and went up and beyond to make sure everything was just right! I live in the area and I will use your hotel over and over again. If there was anything I could suggest is a microwave in the rooms besides that we really enjoyed ourselves!」

「The place was very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Nice and quiet.」

「3 nights at hotel booked through Expedia. I informed Expedia that my travel plans had changed and I would only need 2 nights. Apparently Expedia failed to pass this on to the hotel so when I arrived I discovered that the booking had been canceled because I was a no show on my first booked night. The hotel was unable to accommodate me for the remaining two nights. An Expedia agent helped me book another [more expensive] hotel in the city.」

「Close to airport, on site restaurant, really good food, nice staff and clean rooms」

「Staff is excellent. Room and common areas looked visible dirty (crumbs on the floor corners of the elevators filthy). Carpet in room was stained. Hot water and cold water were reversed at guest room sink. Lamps, buttons, switches need a wipe down in the guest room. Coffee maker in room was super dusty and the only reason I used it is because the coffee machine in the dining room was disgusting. There was very little hot food in the dining room at 9:20 and the breakfast ended at 9:30 but the...

「Air conditioner started making noise about 1 until we left noise all night long car horns you didn’t feel safe so we only stayed 1 night」

「Went for a softball tournament-terrible. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry all the coolers, bags etc up stairs at the end of the hall- and only one end because they were painting the other stairwell. Pool was closed down so team couldn’t use that. The one washer was broken so we couldn’t wash uniforms. Tiny fridge that didn’t cool and knob was missing- no freezer or microwave in the room. Food and drinks weren’t cold, so had to use coolers, then carry up and down steps. Had to ask...
