「No staff about when you needed them. Heating not working. Wasnt fixed when asked. Restaurant has been shut about 4 years, no food on site. Fire alarm went off at 4.45am and no staff on site. Fire brigade had to break in to reset alarm. Makes Fawlty Towers look like a 5 star! Dont be fooled by the pictures! Cheap and definitely not cheerful. Literally unable to contact anyone for a refund. 」

「Overlooking the sea. Excellent breakfast, best thing about the hotel. Last stayed at this hotel three years ago. Since then we noticed a big change in the hotel, especially the decoration and prices in the bar. Had a latte and half a pint of beer, cost £9.00 in cash!!!!! Was it pocketed or was I charged for one pint instead of half a pint?」

「Terrible communication from Expedia to Hotel, as i tried to cancel the second night as soon as I arrived. Computer system not accepting email. Food. Steak asked for medium, came out rare. Sent back, and still the same Had new steak, asked for well done, and came back rare. Had money back, awful.」

「Lovely place, beautiful food and a really nice room and ambience. But what really made this place was the wonderful warm staff. The lady on arrival was really welcoming, the girl looking after us for food was very attentive and the gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was delightful. Would highly recommend and will be back in future, thankyou so much!」
