「We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay in Tywyn at this lovely sea front property. Whilst the weather wasn't great and stopped us from making use of the balcony we loved the location. We did get two great sunsets and enjoyed the peaceful nights. Everything we needed was provided in the property and only a 10 minute walk to the high street with ample eating places and several supermarkets. 「Cosy cottage - perfect for two and a dog. The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. Well equipped in the main, though take your own loo rolls! Booked through Hotels.com but actually through Sykes Cottages, who offered great service on the phone. The extra touches - flowers, wine, delicious bara brith very welcome. 「The house was a great space in a great location. 5 minute walk to town and beach, lots of parking at the house. Lovely downstairs area and bedrooms were very spacious with comfy beds. The house generally had everything you could ask for but there were a few things we ran out of that could do with looking at - we had minimal toilet paper and bin bags so had to go out and buy more and we had no hand towels in any bathrooms but we made do as drying towels are provided, we also couldn’t get the iron...

The house and gardens is so well maintained and we had everything we needed from the point of view of facilities. 「Cottage sits on the side of a hill with 360 views of Snowdonia. Half mile one lane road leading to it. Directions good. It would have been nice to have some contact with hosts while there just to learn more about the area.」

「We had a great time at this property. The five properties gave us space to be together and still have our own space to retreat to when needed. It was a very wet weekend in Wales but we made the most of it. The Pool and Grove cottages and The Gallery were a bit tricky to keep warm as you needed to keep the log burners going and use electric heaters upstairs.
