We cleaned up the mess ourselves and reported it immediately. The host acknowledged the problem and said it would be fixed, but nothing happened. There’s visible damage to the floor near the unit, suggesting this wasn’t a new issue, just one they hoped to avoid dealing with.A final detail worth knowing: the yard is not private. This is a shared property, with a family living upstairs who have open access to the garden area including behind the rear-facing bedroom windows. The essentials weren’t met, guest comfort was an afterthought, and communication lacked follow-through. We left feeling let down and would not stay again"
