There’s visible damage to the floor near the unit, suggesting this wasn’t a new issue, just one they hoped to avoid dealing with.A final detail worth knowing: the yard is not private. This is a shared property, with a family living upstairs who have open access to the garden area including behind the rear-facing bedroom windows.
