"It was the worst experience ever had during my stay at this terrible hotel , zero hygiene , smell all around the property, i had to stay at least 20 minutes to be accommodated , sheets , covers were so smelly!! I knew the prices were ok but the property shouldn’t be that dirty and smelly.. the breakfast price was added to the total cost .. but absolutely rubbish as everything was ready made … i would have had a better breakfast elsewhere with that price .. avoid avoid . "

"Nous n'avons pas du tout aimé l'hôtel. Le prix ne vaut pas ce qu'on a eu, désolé mais je suis déçu d'hôtel.com également parce que le prix affiché sur le site est 3 x plus élevé que celui qui est fait sur place. Une honte je trouve. Les draps n'étaient même pas changé, les housses de coussins avaient des traces des précédentes personnes ayant dormi dessus. J'ai dû demander à ce qu'on nous change les draps et housse de coussins. J'étais bien triste de devoir laisser mes enfants dormir sur cette...

"Exceptional. This is probably the best hotel we have stayed at in over 40 years of travelling. The suites are huge and immaculate. The service is wonderful from breakfast to the turn down service in the evening with fruit and chocolates. The staff are all friendly and helpful in arranging taxis , the airport pickup and the hammam.
