What a nice palace to live in for 3 nights! Can’t praise enough the nice job that the owner did renovating this old palazzo while offering all the modern amenities. Staff efficient and professional. Nice touches like good chocolate , bottles of water and a bowl of fruit brought to the room every evening. Breakfast was good. The masseuses were just average.

Amira ❤️

room was wonderful as well as dinner at the rooftop restaurant.... breakfast was OK....same offerings every day.... eggs were good, but buffet was fair....the pool has no real seating around it...more lounges would be nice....staff is fist class in hotel and rooftop restaurant... we left the fine restaurant.... no English menu and Google translate wasn't helpful...waiter was rude...the tub and showers area in the room needs new ,clean grout....the hammem was clean and we enjoyed our treatments....all in all a lovely stay....

It’s a great hotel. Great big rooms. Great place to stay if you want to be in the Medina. Staff is great. It’s important to hire transport from the from and to the airport if you have big bags. Since no taxis or private transfers cannot get in front of the hotel

I had a late night check in and when I woke up, the hallway was wet due to an AC malfunction. The staff immediately took care of it and moved me to another room. To compensate for the inconvenience, I was offered a complimentary massage. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous, the breakfast was delicious, and the spa was relaxing. The gift shop is also really cute. I loved it so much, I extended my stay for one more night. I hope to come back again with my family. Thank you!

Staff were super helpful, especially when I twisted my ankle and security went to the pharmacy to pick me up some analgesia. 5th floor staff always friendly and welcoming for breakfast etc and drinks on the beautiful terrace. Our suite was spectacular. The only issue was the slow shower drain and I’ll-fitting door that we had to take care with not to flood the bathroom.

We had a lovely stay, the only bad thing was that it was too short! The hotel is beautiful inside, our suite was lovely, the staff were very friendly and very attentive. We had a nice lunch at the rooftop and ordered breakfast to our room, which was a appreciated service since we had to leave for a flight in the morning. It was very close to the Medina with shops and cafes. We had a nice stroll around and also had dinner at a restaurant with local cuisine. We would definitely recommend this hotel!
