立地最高

立地が非常に便利です。フロントスタッフの対応もよいです。部屋も写真の通りでオシャレ＆綺麗でした。唯一、眺望が期待外れ。カタルーニャ広場に面した部屋を期待していたのですが、建物内側への窓しかない部屋でした。

素晴らしいロケーションです。空港からのアクセスも最高で、シティービューの部屋からはカタルーニャ広場が一望できます。買い物で荷物が増えたり、歩いて疲れた際にもすぐにホテルに帰ることができて非常に便利です。掃除も行き届いており快適に過ごすことができました。そしてなにより、このホテルで出会った全てのスタッフが驚くほど親切でフレンドリーに接してくれました。こうしたスタッフとのコミュニケーションは非常にうれしく、素晴らしい旅の思い出となっています。今後バルセロナに滞在する際もこのホテルを選びたいと強く思います。素晴らしいおもてなしをありがとうございました！

立地抜群、再訪したいホテルです。

空港からのバス終点カタルーニャ広場から徒歩１分。私のチェックイン時にはフロントに日本語の話せる方がいらしてほっとしました。他のスタッフ、レストランスタッフ、ドアマンも皆さん温かい対応で旅の疲れが癒やされました。目の前のカタルーニャ広場周辺からバスでどこにでも行けて、デパートや市場など買い物にも便利な立地です。隣が教会でレストランの壁は一部共有していて驚きと共に感激でした。

素晴らしいホテル

立地がよく、観光に便利。ホテルスタッフの対応も素晴らしかった。生後9ヶ月の娘が一緒だったのでベビーベッドを利用させていただいたところとても清潔なベッドとシーツ、タオルがセットされていて嬉しかった。

カタロニア広場横で、空港からのバス利用が便利で、お部屋も快適でした。スタッフの方も親切でした。朝食もおいしいです。観光にも何かと便利で、食事に困ることもありませんでした。エレベーターがやや遅いこと、ホテル備品（コットン、Body lotion）の消耗品が滞在中補充されない点はやや気になりましたが、困るほどではありません。朝食の混雑時にはまってしまうと、狭いスペースで、料理の補充を待つなど、少し大変でした。

カードキーの反応がとても悪かったバスマットの交換が1日目はされていなかったシャワーの向きによってはドアを閉めていても床にお湯が出て水浸しになったただロケーションやスタッフの対応はまずまずでした

スタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。早朝に着いたところ、無料でアーリーチェックインしてくれましたし、いつも笑顔。朝食も美味しかったです。場所も最高で、市内ならどこに行くにも便利でした。しかし、設備が残念。洗面台が小さすぎて、洗面所がみずびだしに。シャワーも水漏れしまくり。廊下の音もかなり大きく聞こえました。全体的には、良い点が優っており、リピートしたいホテルです。

The hotel location is perfect and it's just 3 minutes to the airport bus station. However, the room facilities are little bit funny. For example, the sink is small, the bath room door and toilet door is sharing with very heavy glass which is too difficult to use for lady and child.When I was using the bath, the water leaked a lot to toilet room. It is perfect structural defect.I enjoyed the morning buffe with beautiful garden and the hotel stuffs were so kind at all.

空港や観光地へのアクセスがいいホテル

3日間滞在しました。空港バス終点のカタルーニャ広場に面しており、到着まで迷うことはありませんでした。ランブラス通りやグラシア通りにすぐアクセスでき、買い物をした後荷物を置いてすぐ観光できるなど、便利に使わせてもらいました。タクシーも常時ホテル前に泊まっています。

朝食は値段の割に普通でした。可もなく不可もなし。でも、結構高いので次回泊まるなら付けないと思います。ジュース類はせっかくフルーツの美味しい国ならもう少し工夫して欲しいです。部屋に湯沸かしポットやコーヒーメーカーが無かったので不便でした(お願いすれば貸してもらえたかもしれませんが…)せめてポットくらい置いておいて欲しかったです。部屋自体は大変綺麗で広々していたので、使いやすかったですが、やはり全体的に値段の割りにという感想になってしまいます。

便利なホテル

部屋は広がらず、狭からず。何処へ行くにもアクセスが良く便利。レストランやショッピングへ行くにも徒歩圏内。日曜のレストラン選びにも困らないです

今回の旅行は92才の母親と一緒の旅でした。まず、場所は最高です。観光用のシティバスの発着もホテルから歩いて二分。買い物するエリアもすぐ近く。ホテル内のスタッフは優しくて、紹介してもらったレストランも抜群の美味しさ。また私の誕生日が滞在中あり、部屋にはケーキとシャンパーンの差し入れがあり、気づかいに感謝しました。次回も同じホテルに滞在することを確約します。

カタルーニャ広場に面した最高の立地

2度目の滞在です。空港リムジンバスの発着場となるカタルーニャ広場に面しているので、バスを降りてタクシーを使う必要がありません。市場やカタルーニャ音楽堂をはじめとする観光地へは徒歩で行けます。サグラダファミリアだけ、行きは地下鉄を使いましたが、帰りはぶらぶら歩きました。ドアマンやフロントなど、いつも笑顔で応対してくれます。スタンダードルームはバスタブがないのが残念です。

便がよく静かで快適

フロントの対応もさわやかで、楽しく前を行き来できた。部屋も広く申し分なかったが、床など細かなところの掃除が行き届いていれば最高だった。

女子２人の旅でしたので、エアポートバス発着所のすぐ向かいに位置しており夜に到着しても安心でした。サービスも感じもよく清潔で、カタルーニャ広場ビューのお部屋を予約したので眺めも良かったです。とにかくロケーションが抜群でした。

清掃、匂い以外は満足

チェックイン時間前にチェックインできた。しかし、掃除は強い匂いのルームフレグランスで誤魔化されてました。床にはゴミが結構落ちていた。アメニティーは新しいものではなく、しばらく置いてあったものだと思う。アメニティーの周りがベタベタしていたり、汚れていた。ルームメイク後は、床は綺麗になっていたが、ミニバーに入れておいた物が無くなっていた。 (私物は入れてはいけないのかな？) ルームフレグランス強すぎる。寝具がとても強い匂い。寝るときに、鼻にタオルを当てて寝ました。良いところも沢山。立地は最高。食事場所にも困らない。シャワーだけの部屋だったが、水圧も良し。備え付けのドライヤーのパワーも良し。スリッパも付いていて快適だった。スタッフも優しいし。

Other than one concern below, it was satisfactory in terms of kindness of the employees and very convenient location. However, we felt some safety concern. There is neither a peep hole nor an internal lock in a door of the room we stayed. I am not sure this can apply to all the rooms. Worse, twice during 5-day stay, the hotel employees entered into our room though we didn't open the (outside) lock. They probably knocked the door, but we didn't become aware of it and were very surprised to see them standing in our room.

日本のホテルに負けない位のホスピタリティの高さに、大満足です。フロントのスタッフは、言うまでもなく、レストラン・ドアマン皆さん誰も彼も、笑顔で気持ちの良い滞在でした。空港バスからも迷う事なく、近くにはデパートや観光スポットもあって、便利です。チェックアウト後も鍵のかかる場所にスーツケースを預かって頂けるので、安心でした。9Fにテラスがあって、ここからの眺めものんびり出来て、良かったです。初めて、満点をつけさせて頂きました。
