Very well located hotel, especially for transport connections, and in a nice area. Staff were very friendly and check-in smooth. Rooms were comfortable and sufficiently large but a little dated, and the bath/shower difficult to get into.

Great Hotel!

We stayed here 9 years ago & returned happily forgetting about the steps you have to go up dragging suitcases, in 9 years we aged!! Everything else was great including location being able to walk to many attractions like Old Town & Segrada Familial.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Only small downside was the steps leading up to the reception which meant lugging up your bags. Thanks to the receptionist who helped me with my bags.

The hotel has great location, good facilities and great staff. The only setback was the climate control is centralized and the only had heating option. We had to use a pedestal fan due to lackof individual A/C units

It is a beautiful location, and it is right next to El Paseo de Gracia, and El Nacional. We loved it. Had a few issues with the air conditioner, but besides that it was an amazing experience.

Excellent central hotel, good for the shops, a nice big room. Had minor issue with wifi but staff were very quick to help. Unfortunately screaming children running around the corridor at 2am, but I guess that’s out of the hotel’s control.

Happy for my choice simply for the location of the hotel but the service provided by the hotel is very average and on the cold side. Certainly didn't received any VIP amenities but it was alright.

Overall, it's not bad, location is great. However, the room is not sound proof. I can hear people talking from multiple direction during the night which is not pleasant at all. And one of the receptionists looks strict and unfriendly.
