"I have stayed at Rialto twice and would recommend it again. I like the location, breakfast, and the rooms. The problem I had was that I had booked my first night before my cruise but then later my travel agent took over my planning and finished booking some of my trip. I assumed I would be booking my hotel stay after the cruise since I had booked the first, but we ended up double booking the hotel for the night after my cruise. I found out about the mistake before my stay, and talked to the hotel, but their "booking agent" had taken Sunday off and they couldn't do anything. Expedia said they could take care of the mistake and were willing to cancel one of the reservations but had to get Rialto's permission. Rialto refused to allow me to cancel the double booked reservation and I had to pay double for the room. My mistake, but it makes me wonder why they would be so uncaring."
