Balcony plants were dead and can use a refresh, there was old food in the fridge from April (July is when the review is being written) otherwise the accomodations, location, and vibe was cool and chill for a no fuss situation. The AC worked great.

The room is situated in a popular, walkable area of Barcelona. The site is cleaned daily but the rooms aren’t-and we would have liked that (especially the bathrooms). It would also be nice to have a broom or little vacuum to use in the rooms. The coffee and kitchen were very useful-as was the fridge in the room. We enjoyed the outdoor patio but were eaten by mosquitos. We also had very noisy neighbors. We received a LOT of emails from Numa and that was a little annoying. We also sent an email but didn’t hear back for 2 days due to “high volume.” Overall, it was a nice stay but was not great.

The property is in a great location for walking and getting around the city. The apartments are stylish and having a terrace was wonderful to listen to the parrots and birds in the morning. The unit was spacious. My only complaint is that they told me someone would fix two lightbulbs that were out and nobody ever came. Breakfast was delicious! AC worked well. Overall, was really happy with the property.

The location/area is great. The price is too high for what it is. The temperature in the room is difficult to control. Lots of noise from the neighbours in the terrace. Overall it was OK/Good but not excellent nor bad.

The room was really cute and I was so happy with the balcony I had. It had everything I needed like a fridge and kettle and the bathroom was really nice, some small black spots in the shower but nothing that I was bothered by. The building itself is very cute. My only complaint is that the walls are extremely thin. I loved that they offer earplugs but neighbours coming home at 4-5am made the walls vibrate and transcended the earplugs. This could of course be a personal experience and your neighbours may be more respectful but other than that, it was a lovely stay and I can’t wait to return.

Great location, quiet but still close enough to the action if you want to eat out or shop. Was also near the metro. Place itself was beautiful - comfy bed, nice patio, and even stained glass windows for that extra touch of heaven. Just what you need for a holiday in Barcelona.

Excellent location, and nice interior design of the room and public spaces. Walking distance to major tourist attractions. Plenty of dining options in the area. Contactless check-in and check-out worked well. The balcony is very pleasant, and facing historical buildings. The shower seems to have limited amounts of hot water, barely sustained for one person’s shower. You’ll have to wait for a while for the warm water to be ready again.
