I was appalled at how disorganized the check in was arranged. They provided an app and a code for the building and neither worked. Another guest allowed me into the building. They did not tell me I had to get a key card just to turn on the electricity so of course nothing worked. There were no instructions on how to use any appliance. There was a water leak in two places in the ceiling and finally after 12 days of my stay a maintenance person came to fix only one of them and he made it worse. The AC worked very well but the humidity in the flat stayed between 65-70%. I use a digital thermometer and so I monitored it throughout the stay. The couch was horribly uncomfortable and was leather so this made the humidity feel even worse. Overall way too expensive for the terrible accommodation. The only redeeming feature was the local staff who were very friendly and professional.
