This lovely 2 bedroom flat is conveniently located in the most popular district among Barcelona’s youth: the beautiful barrio de Gràcia.

The apartment is spacious and well-furnished. Its snug living room with exposed brick wall & wooden ceilings is equipped with a flat-screen TV and completed by a dining table and a set of chairs, making it perfect for both relaxing evenings or entertaining and hosting guests.
The kitchen leads onto a private terrace, and is fully equipped, complete with an electric stove and a washing machine. The terrace is quite lovely, and as Barcelona gets so much sun it’s probable the weather will allow you to enjoy it.
One bedroom has a double bed and a stand-alone wardrobe, while the second bedroom features one single bed plus a desk in case you need to set up a home office.

There is an AC unit in the living room and one more in each of the 2 bedrooms.

Travelling by car?

If you are planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We typically recommend booking your parking spot ahead of time online, and offer a discount via parclick.

Is this a work trip?

Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fiber optic WI-FI and offer a very comfortable setup to work from home. Well, as comfortable as working can be 😇.

Last minute bookings ?

Official check in time is from 4 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM!

Important information for long term bookings ( bookings of 1 month minimum stay):

Long term bookings have an additional cost of €325 / month for *utilities to be paid upon arrival.

*includes electricity, water, gas, maintenance and internet
