This hotel was nice, clean, everything worked and the location was great. AC was underpowered, it took a long time to cool down after we arrived. Also, the luggage storage was full when we arrived. It would be nice to be able to reserve luggage storage or if there was more.

The cellular service is spotty from att service there. Bring exact instructions and codes on screenshots. The only bad was the child I could hear running upstairs. Great location. Great access to amenities. Convenient.

Really great apartment, perfect for friends or a small family group. V decent location . Slightly noisy if other tenants are in late but not awful. The pool looks good but we didn’t have time to try . If you plan on leaving your luggage in the lockers get there early, we checked out at 11 am and there was no room for our stuff . Still highly Recommend the apartment; it’s such a good find ! Oh and the kitchen is fantastic! Lovely coffee machine with a few pods and a dishwasher and fully stoked,

The apartment was in a great location, nice and quiet but still close enough to shops and restaurants. Nice sized apartment and perfect for 4 people with extra space to spread out.

It felt like home away from home! We really wanted a kitchen this time around, and it was the perfect size space. It felt clean, organized, and not cluttered. It was thoughtful that they left us a little cleaning kit. That was definitely needed!

Great location and a very spacious flat. Lots of restaurants near by! The air conditioner was not working well since we arrived and by the third night it wasn’t working at all. Because we were out all day we only noticed it when we got back late at night. By the time we called for help they offered us another room in the building next door at midnight which wasn’t helpful. They also didn’t have any fans that could help us get through a very hot night of 30 degrees. My kids used the pool once next door and we were able to store our luggage for the day on the day of departure.

The apartment was large and accommodated all four of us well. It’s a good value when compared to expensive hotels in Barcelona. The property management are wonderful-very communicative and helpful when you need them. I think the apartment would have been more cozy and warm if there were more blankets or rugs and warmer lighting in the lamps and bathroom. Overall, great value and location.

Everything was magnificent. Lots of space for 4 of us, and we loved the location. The only one downside is that you can hear everything - the next door, upstairs, ppl who are on the elevator, the music from downstairs..... Maybe bc we on the the 1st floor? But

We loved the Atic apartment. Everything was perfect and whatever small issues were always promptly handled by the hosts. We are a family of 3 and we had plenty of space for our stuff and to move around. Apartment was clean and even better than the photos. The location was perfect for our stay and for quick access to some of the popular local attractions. Kitchen was well supplied as well and the cleaning supplies were provided for our stay also. I would definitely stay with Aspacios if I can return to Barcelona again.

Great Apartment !! We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen had all the right amenities and we felt very much at home for our stay in Barcelona. Easy to use key codes and access. We felt very safe. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, groceries and pharmacy within 2 blocks. The apartment was clean and had ample space. Definitely recommend and look forward to another stay in the future.

Good location. Spacious apartment with good amenities. But unfortunately, had many problems including faulty door lock (preventing us to check in on time), clogged shower drain, and unreliable air con. Spent several hours on day 1 with property manager via messaging to resolve the problems. Not a good way to start a vacation! Most issues evetually resolved--after the manager sent maintenance guys over, twice--although shower still drains slowly from time to time. Honestly, the property has potentials, but the bumpy start means we can't really recommend this for others, especially if you want a more relaxing vacation, free from having to deal with maintenance issues!!!

Best flat I have ever rented in Barcelona.. and I used to live here and travel here often. Perfect location if you want to be close to the city center. Nice, large, and clean flat with natural light. Super well organised before, during and after check-out. There was the small stuff that you need in a flat (salt, pepper, oil, soap for washing clothes, dishes). Highly recommended

As a family of 4 with teenagers this was the perfect location to explore Barcelona. Easy metro access to get to all sites. Useful to have a washing machine. The apartment was spacious, modern and airy and had all we needed. Easily walkable to numerous supermarkets. The communication via what’s app was easy and helpful. Thank you

This place could not have been more perfect for our family of four! Excellent location and easy check in. Place was clean and stocked to make things convenient. As other reviewers have said, the pool was a bit dirty and cold, but other than that, a very nice extra space to explore. We had an absolutely wonderful time.
