「We had a fabulous week at the Isle of Mull Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and our sea view room stunning. We ate at the bar and in the restaurant and both were amazing, staff were polite and attentive, especially Sean. The hotel is great for touring round the island and provided us a comfortable and convenient base for our trip. The photos didn’t match the room when booking online. When asking about an upgrade or change I was asked to pay €90 more, then when I said too much he said €40 cash. Seems a bit dodgy and shady, especially after being told they were booked full 」
