「Very clean property and spacious rooms. Staff on the ground floor are really helpful especially Saim. Only issues I had is that most of the bidet showers were broken and leaking due to low quality fixings. Internet was a little intermittent and was not stable. Plenty of shops and food places (inc McDonald’s) within a 5 min walking distance. The drive to the Haram is no more than 10-15 minutes purely due to the excessive roadworks taking place in and around the Masjid E Nabawi. Overall great stay...

「I stayed with my wife and 3 kids for about a week This has been by far one of the best experience The rooms and bed was super clean never seen one like it . As soon as we checked in or even before we had been chatting with hotel stuff with WhatsApp asking questions about airport taxi cost and stuff which was very helpful as we did not have a local sim .
