The room is 14 o 'clock check-in, arrived after the service staff told to check in at 16 o 'clock, the reception service staff attitude is very bad, the future will not come to check in, downstairs is the bar, every day music to 24 o 'clock midnight, I live on the fifth floor can not sleep, but the room is very clean

The location was great and easy walking distance to beach. The only problem was stuff was never there. Front desk was always empty. Specially when wanted to check out at 10 am there was no one there….Made 5 phone calls to get someone to come and check me out off hotel. 35 minutes for someone to arrive, My taxi driver wasn’t happy that it took so long for checkout.

Don’t….

Don’t…. Just don’t… Worst place I ever stayed… Longest “check in” in historie.. very little service and solution minded staff… Ant farm in room + sticky supstances on Doors/bathroom… From 20.00-04.00 you find your self at a 60-90th. Rock/country party (not a good or fun one)… And I could keep going… With out any sleep, we checked out right away next morning, even we had another night…

run, worst service , hotel I have stayed in so many hotel and this one was worst of all - When i checked in, there was only was only one cloths hanger in room. We I requested one, girl at reception said we don't have more, go to market and buy for yourself - No staff from 7 Pm to 9 Am . so you can not check in late or check out early or if you have an emergency without any contact telephone number - there is bar across from hotel that plays loud LIVE heavy metal music from 7PM-2Am every night. The music is so loud it seems live band is playing in your room, It is impossible to sleep - Cockroaches running around in bathroom. I woke up one night seeing a big cockroach on my pillow I forgot my digital key in room after hours, I had to wait 5 hours outside so front desk come to work and let me in - Cleaning lady refused changing my towel saying a towel has stain on it they never change the sheet. She rudely said you should wash your own towel or pay fine for having dirty towel. Please seem picture of towel - They clean room if they are not over worked. Sometimes thy don't clean. They were out of paper toileted for a few days and they put hand tissue, - during my two weeks stay, they did not change the bed sheets or pillow cases even once, they cleaned the room only 4 times - WIFI is very weak, sometimes doesn't work. Tv has very bad reception. I asked them to fix it, a guy came fixed it and 5 minutes later picture went bad again. there is no telephone in room - Fridge

Les receptionistes sont horrible. Probleme de coffre. Le technicien foit passer mais on doit etre present . Prevu dans l'apres midi, puis le lendemain matin et enfin en debut d'apres midi. Celui ci tape 6 fois zero pour recette 2 fois pour ouverture et fermeture. C'est tres securite 6×0. Avec toutes ses allee et venue, j'oublie la carte d'acces dans la chambre. 100bath pour l'ouverture. Ensuite je la perds 500bath de penalite et 1/2 h apres paiement on recoit cette carte d'acces. En verite ces 2 standardistes ne sont pas commercantes. Et meme elles disaient que c'est moi qui ne faisait pas les bons numeros. En conclusion je ne remettrai pas les pieds dans cet hotel.
