Great location if you were to utilize the BTS system for transportation. The room is fairly quiet; however, you can still hear the outside traffic. Staffs are AMAZING!!! Definitely stay here again when we come back!

Great experience all around, aside from the road where it is based. I ordered several taxis to the hotel during my stay here and some of them ridiculous amounts of time to get to the hotel from the other side of the road. The room was great, staff friendly and accommodating.

It's a new beautiful boutique hotel with 5 star amenities. It's next to Surasak BTS station (exit 2) and a 7-11 store to boost its location. Receptionists Miss Ma and Miss An An speak good English, very helpful and friendly, and check-in was a breeze. The aunty chef cooks delicious made-to-order breakfast every morning.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig und gemütlich. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gab es bei der Balkontür neben dem Bett ein Problem. Dort befindet sich eine Art kleiner Ausgang beziehungsweise Balkon, an dem auch das Außengerät der Klimaanlage angebracht ist. Die Tür ließ sich leider nie richtig schließen und blieb immer leicht beziehungsweise einen kleinen Spalt offen. Dadurch konnten natürlich auch Mücken ins Zimmer gelangen. Da kein Mückennetz vorhanden war, finden wir das gerade nachts etwas ungünstig. Wir wurden zwar glücklicherweise nicht gestochen, können aber natürlich nicht ausschließen, dass ein oder zwei Mücken durch die offene Tür ins Zimmer gekommen sind. Ein Mückenschutzgitter an dieser Balkontür wäre hier unserer Meinung nach eine sinnvolle und einfache Lösung. Zum Frühstück: Dieses wird à la carte angeboten, wobei man täglich aus sieben verschiedenen Frühstücksvarianten auswählen kann. Toast steht zusätzlich jederzeit zur Verfügung. Allerdings wird die Auswahl bei einem längeren Aufenthalt von mehr als einer Woche schnell eintönig, da sich die sieben Optionen jeden Tag wiederholen und man nicht alles mag. Vielleicht wäre zumindest ein kleines Frühstücksbuffet gut, z.B. mit Joghurt, Müsli, verschiedenen Brotsorten, Aufschnitt, Obst und weiteren kontinentalen Frühstücksangeboten. Dadurch wäre gerade bei längeren Aufenthalten etwas mehr Abwechslung geboten.

我很滿意職員的服務態度，他們很熱心服務，門口的保安員很盡責，會幫忙開車門和酒店門（尤其鬥雞眼的叔叔），房間環境尚算新淨，Wifi速度很快，看劇集完全沒問題，唯一不足之處是水溫問題，不太能調整適當的溫度，會水溫會太熱/太冷，此外房務員有時候收拾房間有少許疏忽，例如沒有更換廁所的紙巾，枕頭放在床頭燈上，廁所的去水蓋清潔後沒有蓋回去等等，但總體我們都很滿意這家酒店，下次有機會來曼谷也會再次入住☺️💕

駅近くて便利、スタッフがとにかく親切。車寄せにドアマンがいて、グラブタクシーでうまく車到着できないときに、電話で対処してくれて大助かり。 部屋はおしゃれでキレイ。車道側は多少うるさいが慣れる。耳栓が置いてある。無料朝食は食パンとコーヒーだけの簡単なもの。でも文句なし。これは人気が出るホテルだと思う。
