Shower head is strong with good flow of hot water. Feels good to take a bathe after a long hot day outside. Very conveniently located just 3 mins walk away from Victory monument BTS. Room is small but clean. Love it that it is non carpet flooring. Suitable for solo and couple on budget. A 7-11 just a min walk away. Only 1 comment on the soundproof of room door as can hear if someone is along the corridor.

1) The hotel was not well equipped, the staff were not available, I had to wait 10 minutes for 5 suitcases and luggage, even after talking to the security guard, who told us to wait, 24 hour reception is a lie, the advertisement is incorrect, 2) other people left their suitcases while the receptionist was not there. The hotel has a CCTV system, but if someone with bad intentions wanted to steal it, they could do so. Rating is of course 1 This is not a 24-hour desk There are lies in the advertisements 3) Internet works fine and comfortable (6th floor) 4) Noise from the shopping mall next door doesn't bother me Motorbikes and cars pass by on the street but so Noisy (stayed on 6th floor) 5) Cups and glasses never share a clean one even if you use them Never like this First time in a hotel If guests need to wash, please put sponges and detergent in the room 6) No extra creeps if you ask for them Verbal or not understood No English notes understood 7) Refrigerator is just a stinking box, Only works when you insert your card into the room, so while you are away from the room it doesn't work 8) I pointed out the dirtiness of the floor in my room and the fact that they don't wash the dishes when cleaning, and the next time the shower temperature was better, the dishes were washed and the floor was swept. In other words, once you don't pay attention to the hotel, you don't get proper cleaning service. The quality of the basic cleaning service is not good.

Me & Wife choose for Location, we booked for standard room, hotel gave us 8th floor, room no. 801, room was too small no wardrobe only one steel bar with 3 hangers, bath room basin bowl smaller than my hand palm, room was too noisy from water pump and rode noise, when ever water usage from others room, water pump kick start, we cannot sleep the whole night. We booked for 6 nights, we stay only one night, we left the hotel with no refund. Please don't stay on 8th floor. If you are choosing for Rose Apple Hotel, please consider room are too small and too noisy.
