Upon check-in, they insisted we were at the wrong hotel as they couldn't locate our reservation. We had to provide evidence of our reservation to confirm that we were indeed at the correct hotel.
Very far from city center! So too costly to stay! But overall okay!

Unfortunately my review is poor
I asked for two more towels twice. The second time I made the request the young man apologized and said he forgot. Then he forgot again. Never got more towels. The restaurant overcharged me on the 20 baht omelet. They charged me 100 baht. When I complained they told me the omelet was for one egg and they gave me three eggs. The menu never spelled this out. They did nothing about the complaint and now they have a bad review.
I was here 5 years ago and it was so much better than now. The rooms were very down graded for I dont know why, it should be improved as to be as it was when firstly opened, during that time the rooms were 5 star but now as of today I give 2.5 star.
