エクスペディアの手違いで現地にて予約が取れていないことが発覚。 ほんとに大変な思いをしました。予約完了のバウチャーには「ホテルへの予約確認は不要です」の文言まであったが、確認は必須ですね。帰国後カスタマーセンターに連絡したが、外人のオペレーターでうまくニュアンスが伝わらず、ホテルの返金と代わりに泊まったホテルの差額は支払ってもらえることになったが、移動の交通費は領収書がないから無理とのこと。現地でもカスタマーセンターには全然つながらず、メールを送っても返信は48時間以内だと。対応は遅いですね。その間どうしろと？無事だったから良かったものの改善をしてください。

Rapport qualité prix: parfait. Chambre spacieuse avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. TV de camping. Pour y accéder prenez un taxi avec gps. Tres agréable d'avoir une piscine à disposition. 2 restaurants à proximité.

Väldigt fint rum, men relativt dåligt läge

Stället ligger en ganska bra bit ifrån närmsta MRT-station så om man inte har någon form av karta kan det vara svårt att hitta det, om man inte väljer att ta taxi till hotellet. När vi kom dit stämde inte riktigt informationen från hotels.com. Det står här att hotellet har gratis wi-fi i lobbyn, men det stämmer inte. Man behöver köpa till internet för 70 THB. De kunde inte så bra engelska så det blev lite missförstånd vid incheckningen. Rummet var jättefint och stort! Vi fick välja om vi ville ha en dubbelsäng eller var sin säng och toaletten var fräsch och duschen hade duschdraperi!

ラチャダー通りからから少し歩いたとこにある普通のローカルマンション。 チェックインが24時までとなっているので遅くなる場合は事前に連絡しておいた方が無難。 中国旧正月でバンコク市内のホテルが高騰したのでここに泊まったがもう泊まらないかな。

很簡單的一間飯店

要入住的時候花了不少時間確認， 房間價錢不高， 溝通上會比較有些難度， 對於設施的使用上（如：客房餐食服務）就因此無法享受到了， 飯店不提供免費的WIFI， 如果是對於地方熟悉語言相通凡事可以自己搞定的人去住也算是頗愜意， 出入的門禁讓人感到放心。

プール付きでお得なホテル

フロントは英語OKで接客も丁寧であった。建物も部屋も古いが、部屋は広く、窓も大きいので滞在は快適であった。テレビはブラウン管だが、チャンネル数も多く映りもよかった。部屋には灰皿がありベランダでタバコを吸えるし、毎日灰皿を掃除してもらえるのが今時のホテルでは無いサービスでよかった。シャワーはお湯が安定して出たので快適だった。ドライヤーも強力で良かった。エアコンの効きも問題なし。冷蔵庫が大きく、たくさん買い込んでも安心の容量だった。プールは綺麗でプールサイドのベッドも快適であった。 不満を述べると、部屋に蚊やゴキブリなどの虫が出た。無料の水がガラス瓶で提供される。ガラス瓶は割れるので危ないと思う。歯ブラシは無いので自分で用意する必要あり。近所のカラオケレストランの音が深夜まで聞こえてうるさい。不満を述べたが宿泊料金を考えると概ね我慢出来る内容である。

worth the price

have stayed here many times. It is not glamourous but has everything one needs. The staff are fine. The rooms large. The pool can be in the shade at this time of year. An independent bar down stairs can get happy. The place has a majority of full time residents. Motorbikes outside to MRT station.

Nice and comfortable place. Lovely pool

The place is well hidden but once found it was very nice. The room was nice and clean, big and spacy with a little sofa and table, a balcony overlooking the pool area. The shower was hot and the pool was nice and clean. The staff spoke very little english but were trying to be helpful the best they could. It was very comfortable and nice. Good for the price.

キレイなプールに広い部屋、、、但し虫が出る

建物こそ古く感じますが部屋はしっかり清掃され広かったです。水もボトルウォーター(瓶・持ち出し不可)が1日二本用意されており、清掃不要の札をかけている場合はドアに水がかけられておりました。サービス面は十分だと思います。ただ二日間滞在していて小型の虫が散見されました。おそらく配管、及び外からの侵入のため防ぎづらいとは思いますが防虫器の設置などを検討された方が良いと思います。 期待していたプールは深さ1.3mの10mプールと小さめですがある程度泳ぐには十分です。但し意外と人気があり午後はベッドや椅子が全部埋まりかける場面がありました。 立地は決して便利は良くなくバス、タクシー、バイタクといったものを介してMRTやBTSの駅に向かうこと位なります。まずMRTスティサンがバイタクで20～30バーツ、BTSサパーンクワイ/BIG Cはバイタクで50～60バーツ、徒歩＋バスで9バーツです。またホテルの直近にはコンビニはありません。その代わりにホテル1階にカフェ、食堂兼売店が併設されております。食堂はルームサービスのキッチンでもあり注文して部屋へ配達を頼めます。お値段も手ごろですし味も悪くありません。 以上のことから値段的には妥当なホテルだと思います。なお客室Wi-Fiは有料ですので部屋でネットを使いたい方はほかのホテルをお勧めします。

ห้องกว้างดี ราคาไม่แพง มี อาหาร 24 ชม พนักงานทุกคนก้โอเค ยกเว้นฟร้อน แก่ๆคนนึงที่เรืองมาก ทุกอย่างโอเคหมด ทีแรกตั้งใจว่า คราวหน้าจะมาพักที่นี่ยาวเลย แต่ มาเจอ ฟร้อนที่มีอำนาจเรื่องห้องคนเดียวเข้ากะ9โมงเช้า ไม่ว่าเรื่องอะไร ฟร้อนคนอื่นไม่รู้เรื่องเลยว่าห้องจะว่างไหม รู้คนเดัยว รอคนเดียว เล่ห์เหลี่ยมมากมาย ทำให้การตัดสินใจที่จะมาพักต่อ จำเปงต้องเปลียน เพาะพนักงานที่เรืรองมากคนเดียว เอาแต่เงิน ไม่สน ลค

Good, clean, cheap.

The accommodation was good, very clean and huge room. The shower was hot and good water pressure and the bed comfortable. It was a bit out of the way to get to from tube but because of the price I would stay there again of you needed to be in that area.
