"First off the staff were amazing from the door men to the restaurant staff housekeepers amazing! The free breakfast was a bit of a turn off with basically eggs as the only option I didn’t expire the buffet part of the breakfast tho. The elevators are SMALL and very hot but still a pleasant smell lol if I ever visit Bangkok again I will consider staying here"

"This is an excellent hotel centrally located in Bangkok at Terminal 21 in Asok! This grounds are very well maintained, the breakfast bar is good and the staff is excellent! This is our second time staying at the hotel. First time was in February 2025. My wife and I love the hotel and can't think of a single bad thing to say about it. We will definitely be staying here in all future trips to Bangkok"

"The stayed in general was great. Room was clean and well maintained, bed was comfortable. Very accessible to many places at walking distance, bus stops and some markets. The only thing was not good was the food from the room service options. None of the plates that we tried during the stay were good."

"Room was clean and ample room. Bed was comfortable. AC kept room cold. Light and AC control is located on nightstand. Bathroom had both tub and shower. Mini bar is available. Checking in was quick and staff helpful. Breakfast ,for additional cost ,was excellent. Wood work in room showing some wear but functional. We plan on returning."

"Excellent experience! The hotel was clean, well-organized, and very well maintained. Every area was spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was outstanding. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job throughout our stay, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again."
