the swimming pool was out of service during my stay. The shower in the room leaked water in to the floor big time. the outlets in the room had fault connections the breakfast service was super slow and the food was terrible. other than that good and good location. the entire staff very helpful and ready to help.

We had a great stay at Chillax! The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the rooftop pool was a great way to spend a hot afternoon! It was relatively close (~15 min drive) to the Grand Palace, which was convenient for our group.

Beautiful defenetely recomend it actualy I want to stay a few more nigth but it was fully book so unfortunately I had to go. But the rooms are relaxing nice and confortable, good beds for a nice sleep after long walks. Ill defenetely will go back :-)

This is a great place to stay in the old part of Bangkok. Walking distance to Khao San street and other restaurants, shops, etc. The terrace pool is great and the room has a jacuzzi tub. Clean and safe. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was the best one we stayed at during our trip to Thailand! The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel was very modern, including the rooms. There was good water pressure and always hot water, which isn’t something you always get in Thailand. The location was also perfect. Even though there are many restaurants and bars around the hotel, the hotel itself is very quiet. Moreover, Khao San Road is only a 10-minute walk away, and famous temples (like Wat Pho) are about a 30-minute walk, which is very manageable. We liked it so much that we even booked it again for our last night in Thailand! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great place for a short stay visit to Bangkok. The rooftop pool was enjoyable - whilst you can get much fancier hotels in Bangkok, i would reccommend this hotel for a short stay.
