Some of the kindest hotel staff I've ever meet. The decor of this hotel is so chic and fancy, and it has all of the amenities you could want inside of the hotel as well. The hotel rooms were very clean and I love the passcode doors instead of doorkeys idea - I wish more hotels did this! The area is quiet and there are some interesting street markets near the hotel. The next time I come to Bangkok I will definitely stay here again!

In total, we are quiet happy with this hotel. They provide free hygienic kits for those who forgot them. Their beds are soft, but not to soft and the hotel staff is very friendly. The only thing that was quite annoying was the volume of the cleaning staff while speaking. They could have been in our room, as loud as they were. Not at the other end of the hallway.

Good, functional Hotel had a good location

Good location. Clean. Good-size room. Good shower. Reasonable room rate. Wish they don't use such flimsy, thin glasses for the bathroom, which can break just by brushing against the faucet. It will cost you 200 baht if you break one.

( ) This was a very nice hotel in a good location near the old town. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and professional. Also, two lovely young ladies helped me get reservations at nice restaurants I wanted to dine, but could not do the same myself. Overall, a modern hotel with exceptional staff that made me feel welcome and accommodated my requests. I would not hesitate to book this hotel in the near future. The value for money is excellent. (-) I would have liked to have had more variety of coffee.
