my second stay here, hotel rooms and lobby conformable, Breakfast super yummy, highly rated. Location is convenience, near to many restaurants, massages, little Japan, staffs smiling and helpful, many stars rating. will return soon.

The location is excellent and I loved the suite which had 2 TVs, fridge and a microwave as well. There are very good hotels and restaurants in the vicinity However the hotel needs to be slightly more friendly in their approach and the b'fast options need to be better

Nice quiet hotel located few blocks from Phrong Ponm B.T.S. Everything I needed for comfort. Brkfs’t service slow for Western- style eggs, but otherwise nice selection of foods. I would definitely stay here again. JPhillippi

Confortable facility!!

I stayed.room.332. The room is confortable, wide, refrig and wash machine are installed. It's erfect!! But I found that TV at bedroom sometime doesn't work because of cable connection issue.

Close to restaurants. Was quiet till people in Ajo in ng room came back. Tub/Shower is possibly the worst. Water goes everywhere. Becoming extremely dangerous to climb out of tub

Repeat customer. I really like the hotel, great location, short walk from Emporium shopping mall and Phrom Phong BTS. Nice little welcome gift. But, compare to last year, the quality has gone down a little (breakfast and little details such as no more coffee in room - only some mix with milk) - I hope this is temporary and not a trend. Will come back again later this year.

6 nights in Arize Hotel.

We booked a 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom apartment. Overall, clean, comfortable. We would return again. On the first night around 4 am the garbage truck waked us up. It was clearing the garbage of the hotel next to Arize Hotel. It should be Ibis. The truck stayed there till around 6.15 am. It sorted the rubbish which includes a lot of empty glass bottles which produced a lot of cling cling noises. It disturbed our sleep for more than 2 hours. We did feedback to the front desk manager. It seems to improve the situation as the duration of the daily garbage visit was reduced although it still happened daily at the same time for the 6 nights we are there. Overall, excellent location, reasonable pricing, clean and spacious. Would consider it again.

The facilities overall show signs of wear and tear, so while they’re not exactly old, they’re also not in pristine condition. Because of this, some people might feel the place doesn’t seem entirely sanitary. The toilets are fine, but as expected, the shower curtain has a slight odor. Due to a structural issue, water almost always flows toward the toilet area floor, so if you place a bath mat too close, it gets soaked. Also, the shower hook was broken, which was a bit of an inconvenience. The water pressure and temperature were both sufficient. I appreciated having a washing machine in the room, but since it doesn’t have a drying function, if you ask at the front desk, they’ll put it in a dryer for you for 100 baht. It would have been nice if they’d mentioned that on the washing machine itself. The fridge is large and convenient to use, and the kettle works perfectly. Personally, I find it convenient and have stayed here several times.
