"Die Einschätzung kommt durch den ersten Eindruck zustande. Beim einchecken fühlte ich mich nicht gerade willkommen. Keine richtige Begrüßung, Zimmerkarte wurde mir in die Hand gedrückt. Kein Hinweis auf den Weg zum Zimmer, kein Hinweis auf das Frühstück. Sonst habe ich gut geschlafen und das Frühstück war lecker. Nur der erste Eindruck trübte... Schade"
