This is a nice hotel situated less than 10 minutes walk from Petite Venise. I really appreciated the vast breakfast buffet, which had an enormous range of hot and cold choices, including Chia seed and coconut milk pudding, scrambled eggs, many different pastries, breads, and cake-like breads, an assortment of local hams, and cheeses, cereal, yogurt, etc., etc. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and I loved the towel heater in the bathroom. I would stay here again and recommend it because it was a great value.

This was a very nice hotel close to the train station and very close to the city center . The rooms were so spacious and comfortable! There was even a bathtub which was nice. There is a restaurant and quaint courtyard for drinks. The front desk was so helpful getting us a cab for an early morning train . Highly recommend!

Very convenient location, near the old town and other attractions. The staff is kind and available to help you at all times. The hotel is renovated and it is very nice. The rooms are spacious and with everything you need. Parking in the hotel is expensive, so we opted for parking in the street and it was very easy. The only down side were the towels. They were clean but they were of a poor quality.

Great hotel and great location! We had a group of 13 that stayed at this hotel. Exceptional service - my husband left his watch in the safe and they called us and were able to help ship it back to us. I cannot say enough about their honesty and their wonderful service! Best place to stay when visiting Colmar!

We had a very nice stay for 2 people. It was easy to find public parking next to the hotel. The property seemed recently renovated, everything was new and clean. Staff was very nice, and breakfast had a good variety of options. The hotel was 5 min walking from Petite Venice, so very close to everywhere. Would come back.

We stayed here for 2 nights. A family of 3. Our room is a good size. Enough space to put our bags. Bathroom is spacious and clean modern design. Bed is comfy and clean too. The reasons I gave a 4 star rating was that on our 2nd night, our mugs was not changed. We still had our dirty mugs. And they might have forgotten to replenish our complimentary bottles of water. But the staff at the reception had given us some bottles of water on our check out, which was a delight. The staff are friendly and accomodating. We had breakfast on our first day but on the second day, we decided not to as we thought there's not much food choices. Aside from that, overall the hotel is highly recommendable as its near to Old Town, less than 10minute walk and around 15 to 20minute walk to Colmar train station.
