Location was great; Breakfast was also good. But the amenities need some improvement. It will also be great if they have a bag storage room for those who arrived early or those who need to leave later instead of dragging their luggage in the city.
Clean room in a very good location for my business trip. Seemed as safe as it could be for Baltimore. Convenient parking garage across the street. Staff was friendly, check in and departure quick and easy.

Pleasant experience here. Really good complimentary breakfast, great friendly staff. Bit of a stale order in the halls but a minor issue. Would stay again.

The staff was great and very helpful. Although it looked they put effort into updating the rooms the workmanship fell a little short along with the furnishings. Overall we did have a nice stay. Very convenient location. Walking distance to all the hot spots!

It’s a good enough spot to get some sleep. It’s not the nicest hotel you’ll find, it’s a bit out dated. But the shower was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the view from the top floor for feee breakfast is wonderful.

The hotel lobby and breakfast was great! However, the rooms require updating. A lot.
This was such a convenient location. We could walk to restaurants, shops, museums and Camden Yards. Our room was comfortable, but the walls must be thin. We heard outside traffic all night.

The ice Machines did not work. The staff was very Pleasant.
Nice location, very close to the harbor with the Nationnal aquarium, museums and restaurant. It is also safe area which is good.
The bad side is that the hotel is not in good shape. Not clean (we found a bottle under our bed), the mattress is dead, the cooling device is old and make so much noise that we had to stop it during night, bad widows, quite noisy because of the street on evenings, poor breakfast choice.
The room’s light didn’t work, the shower was dingy, there was no AC unit to control and the room was so hot, mini fridge didn’t work, it was a mess. We left, worst hotel room I ever stayed in.
Front desk was very sweet and friendly, the one good part of our stay.
