Emily was super responsive before and during our stay. My only complaint (minor!) is that there was no exterior picture of the building and the listing doesn't mention that the apartment is in a building with businesses. When we pulled in I thought we were at the wrong place, but it was fine and we didn't see another soul come or go either night. 」
