Room was very tired looking. Amenities in the room was really old and condition of room truly requires a renovation and upgrade.

Clean rooms. The room I was in the bathroom was nothing special but you have everything you need in the room. I rate it, I’ll be going back. Parking on site is not ideal. It’s shared with the apartments out back, so first in first served otherwise street parking is your only option.

The Provincial Boutique Hotel
Clean, spacious, comfortable amenities in a beautiful boutique style hotel. We both had the best sleep we've had in years and the spa bath was the extra touch of relaxation needed for a night away. Will definitely be back!

Main Lead Ballarat Motel
One night stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. Shower was fabulous but the plug in the bathroom basin didn’t stay down. Very convenient location.
