Chifley Place - Large Open Plan Living

Nestled in a quiet street in Delacombe, is this spacious home to suit groups and families. It has a spacious open plan living area and three very comfortable size bedrooms two with built in robes and the main bedroom with an ensuite and walk through robe.
The internal open space living area leads to a large undercover outdoor entrtainment space.
A stones throw to the Delacombe Town Centre (shopping centre) and only 6 kms from Ballarat Central - an ideal location.

Fantabulous Stay!

Such a great house to to stay for a few days. Very clean and great location as well. Hugely recommend this place for anyone that wants to take a family and friends for a break. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Clean house with a good layout but needs to be managed better

This house was clean, had a good layout and was in a suburb we expected (very much new build suburb of Ballarat). What was disappointing was that a number of things were not working and nothing was fixed even though we were there for 3 days (over a long weekend). The rangehood light didn't work, the main bathroom light didn't work and one bedroom's ceiling fan also did not work. Also, it was disappointing to have no sugar, an already opened uht milk carton, and only one coffee pod left for us given we were staying for three nights. We've stayed at other Stayz properties and never experienced that. Overall the property needs someone to give it the once over to check what is and isn't working and replace globes, batteries or get things fixed. It just felt like there was no care about making it a nice place to stay - like having everything working properly and even a basic touch like having some tissues!! Hopefully this review gives them the push to sort out the issues. As I said there was nothing really wrong with the property if it was being maintained and prepared for guests at a proper standard.
