「Justin was very helpful and informative before we arrived. He was also available and communicative at all times and addressed any questions that I had immediately. The home itself is clean, cute and super comfortable. He has also stocked the home with everything you may need during your stay. Great experience for my family and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, rentals and grocery stores. We were all very happy there and will be booking again next year. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay here again. We loved that there were bikes we could use, chairs for when we sat on the beach, and we were walking distance to so many great Newport Beach spots. My only very minor complaint was that it was located on Balboa, which can get a little noisy, but it only bothered the upstairs bedroom occupant. We brought ear plugs so it was all good. 」
